Ignore Non HDF5 Files in Files Section

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Put a non-HDF file item into the measurement directory (e.g. adding a dreaded .DS_Store file by opening the folder in Finder)
2. Click on the “Files“ item in the sidebar

Expected Result

ICOweb shows all HDF5 measurement files, but nothing else.

Actual Result

ICOweb shows all files in the folder (including invisible files such as .DS_Store).
