Apollo agent ignores sleep parameter and sends requests every second

When creating a payload with Apollo and setting the sleep parameter to a high value (e.g., 200–300), I noticed that when monitored with a network analysis tool like FakeNet, the agent still sends connection requests every second — even though the sleep value is set to 300.
Is this a bug, or is it an intentional behavior?

This is the first I'm hearing of this. Can you share which version of apollo you're using and your config? Same with which C2 profile you're using
