Related problems

There are instances where the slim-cli needs to create a repository / best practice from scratch using a best practice, rather than apply one to an existing repository. Thinking about cases such as the base-line slim template repository, python starter kit, or even the docusaurus site generation. Other future instances of custom best practices that are instantiated from scratch might be useful too (e.g. scripts, diagrams, etc.).

Create a new top-level command within slim-cli that supports creation. i.e. slim create ...
