"Locate layer" option not working

1. Preview a mission via "http://localhost:8889/?mission=deckglmaplibre"
2. Open the layers panel, and activate some of the layers
3. Click on the "Locate layer" button next to the layer title
4. Message shows up with "Unable to locate layer"
