Add how to delete a branch on goth Github and locally

In the workflow the working group is using, we promotes using branched and PR as a workflow. Although RStudio helps you to create a branch, it does not offer options to delete the local branch.

Add the command to do that and how you can delete the remote branch just after merging the PR from GitHub
