What do you want to work on?

I want to add support for short-lived provider tokens, with Google Vertex AI as the first implementation (#472). Azure Entra ID and IBM watsonx would follow the same trait without further changes to the gateway.

Why this change?

Companies running Claude on GCP (for data residency, compliance, or centralized billing etc.) can't use OpenShell's inference routing today. Static credentials expire after an hour with no possibility to refresh.
