I encountered the following error when retrieving data（Version Notes/normalization/stats_v0）:

I'm wondering if the data is closed-source? If it is, has anyone downloaded the stats_v0 data from the normalization section? If the data is currently being updated and maintained, does anyone know when it will be back online?
