[Feature Request] Ability to hide apps from main screen & search #859

Guidelines
- I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the feature request I want to file, without success.
- I'm on the latest version.
- I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
- This issue contains only one feature request.
Problem Description
There are some apps I'd like to hide/indicate as "not interested in seeing" from the main screen & search that are in a number of repositories.
Proposed Solution
Have a toggle option to "hide" an app, next to the "❤️" icon that would hide app from showing up in both main list and search results.
But then in settings have a "hidden" apps section, to be able to untoggle this if necessary.
