Improve the software

[Ayuussshhh]

1. clean the schema and make a new one with proper tables and working. Also remove the actual schema form the repo.
2. create a docker script which will directly install the database instance along with the other requirements.
3. Add validation before the login, either using the sms or email.
4. make the admin portal the central hub, meaning make it correct.
5. add rate limiting, no person can book more than 5 tickets at a time.
6. make the repo private or correct the issues as anyone can hack or bypass us.

Pick any two and tell which you are working on, and you both are not going to work on the database, I will look at it okay.
