Please add support of Paper Mario msbt files

Thanks for you work.
It helps me a lot for translation various Nintendo Switch games.

Recently I'm faced with issue that Paper Mario msbt files cannot be parsed.

I got an error when I try to read from binary.
Error
pymsyt.MsytError: Failed to parse MSBT file: Custom { kind: UnexpectedEof, error: "failed to fill whole buffer" }

Is there any chance to fix it ?
