Allow indexation through search engines

Hello,

It would be very useful if i could configure if a post must have the added.

It is added by default right now.

In my case I don't want my post listed through the API or though the main blog page, but I want it to be indexed.

I'd also like this as a feature. Maybe as a setting we can toggle for unlisted posts/pages.
I've just edited the main files of the plugin for now to remove the noindex feature for now.
