Change `ChangeNotifier` to `mixin class` to align with Flutter version

I'm working on a new zenrouter_nocterm package to manage the route stack for Nocterm. I think we should keep the same interface for core classes like ChangeNotifier; that way, I don't have to modify the Flutter version much and the port from ZenRouter to Nocterm will be much smoother. 👍
