• fix/understand the parnsp issues
• short summary parnsp (concept)
• short summary of gubbins (concept)
• ..id of ML and iqtree.... as simple as possible correct command line

go throught the notes and prep a simple how to course ...
With the links what to be aware of

• labelling and rerooting

• ASC correction

• models and links suggest references (talk with haukon -> which one he found was most easy to read) osv.

• review my notes
