[nuget]: Create NuGet package for NotAnAPI.

Hello!

Are you able to add NotAnAPI to the NuGet package repository or the GitHub Package repository? This makes using your API better and allows for better avenues of using your API, with better analytics and better automatic addition to projects which may utilize NotAnAPI in their workflows.

You can create a NuGet package through a .nuspec file. You can find more information on creating a NuGet package here.
