Failed to resolve component 'esp32'.

Hi, i'm trying to build this project buy i get this error : Failed to resolve component 'esp32'.
I have tried with esp-dif manual install (latest and 4.2), with esp-dif in VScode, on linux, on windows ...i always get this error.
This this what i get in terminal :
