theme is broken

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.106.00001
• OS Version: Linux x64 6.18.3-arch1-1

Steps to Reproduce:

1. switch to any theme, like Solarized Dark

we can see the theme is broken, the editor theme is still original, the extension panel is Solarized Dark theme

1. Remove the cortexide customisation made
   and externalise this to
2. Create a proper default cortexide/vscode theme
