Add terms "active power" and "reactive power"

Description of the issue

During a workshop at the NFDI4Energy conference, we worked with a test data set where one of the columns was active power of a battery storage system. But we couldn't find the term "active power" in the OEO, which we wanted to use to describe this dataset in the OEP database.

Ideas of solution

Add new terms for "active power" (alternative label: "real power") and "reactive power" to the OEO. We could also consider adding the related terms "apparent power" and "power factor" while we're at it.

• Checked CHIO to see if these terms exist already and can be imported, but didn't find them
• Could also consider adding terms for the units that measure reactive power (volt-ampere reactive, var) and complex power (volt-ampere, VA). OEO already imports the term "watt" (used for active power) from the Units Ontology.
