OEDP: Create the value map for the Project-Owner Platform

• Make a list of all the values available (context-related) - Alice already has one available
• Create a database of values with a filter by 1) sector/industry & 2) data-labeller-specific;
• In order to determine sector/industry-related values, a deeper dive may be required (check use cases, literature-review etc.). You can add the list of references/links available, next to the value). It is worth mentioning there can be values which correspond to more than one industry/sector.
