Improve iOS WebRTC player to support 2-way audio

Currently the iOS camera player (WebRTC) player can play video and audio but does not send data for 2-way audio.

Requirement: Core PR implementing the base for the apps to use in this implementation, similar to: home-assistant/core#148282
