Unable to issue any commands to API. #419

I'm running DCE version 0.4.0 on OS X
Describe the bug
When issuing any commands with DCE CLI I receive the same error from the API. "err: Post https://xxx.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/api/accounts: context deadline exceeded"
I'm following the quickstart and no matter what I do I get this error.
To Reproduce
Issue any CLI commands that interact with the API.
