Could you please check if network Ask (what publishers pay to publish assets) work as expected? It does not seem to follow nodes' consensus.
There is a chart on OThub which shows effective/network Ask over time per chain. It's calculated based on publishing cost. For every published assets it calculates network Ask as token_amount / number_of_epochs / KC_size. This chart is grouped by day, so it'll be average Ask of all KCs published that day.
Set aside the right portion of the chart, it's driven primarily by a significant number of Ask changes by nodes. Focusing on the left potion I can see two things here which I can't explain by normal operation:
- On all chains Ask slowly decreases overtime, at the same rate on all chains. I don't think manual Ask change or manual stake delegation/withdrawal can cause that, it's too smooth.
- On all chains Ask jumps up at every epoch end.
