builds with intel 2016b and 11 have memory errors #16
Description
SCOREC intel 11 and colorado phasta intel 2016b builds have memory errors in genadj.f that do not appear in gfortran 4.8.2, 4.9.2 and 5.1.0 builds.
The incompressible test cases run successfully despite the errors.
The compressible test case fails, but within totalview 8.14 and 8.13 the errors are not fatal.
