Extract health data

Create a class that extracts all relevant metrics from your health_data file.

• List all health biometrics in XML file
• Units/values of each health metric
• Creation date
• Start and end date
• Personal records

The raw data exported from the Apple Watch's Health app comes in the form of a very large export.xml file, which has all of the data. Here is an example export.xml file from https://github.com/hienrepo/w209_wearables/blob/be0a2cd0e15ec4af6e39a5314e0349bb024bdc13/static/data/export.xml

The file begins with a DTD (schema / rules):

The way I'm interpreting this step is the export.xml file is already exported and this step merely extract data out of that file.
