What's happening?

Hello,
after doing npx -p @pimzino/claude-code-spec-workflow claude-spec-dashboard
i get this cli output

⠸ Starting dashboard server...Found 0 projects:
✔ Dashboard running at http://localhost:8247

But when accessing http://localhost:8247 i get
404 Not Found

Steps to Reproduce

npx -p @pimzino/claude-code-spec-workflow claude-spec-dashboard
Access the URI of the dashboard

Command Used

npx -p @pimzino/claude-code-spec-workflow claude-spec-dashboard

Dashboard Mode

Single project (default)

i have also try by adding steering document, i've also try to run dashboard inside .claude directory but noway, 0 project found for the dashboard...

it look like the project need to be in ~/Projects or ~/Documents or ~/Developpment to be found by the dashboard.
So i have move it to ~/Projetcs and now my project is detected but still "404 not found"

2. Copy the Index.html to node/vXX.xx/lib/node_modules/@pimzino/claude-code-spec-workflow/dist/dashboard
3. Run the command
   claude-spec-dashboard
