Dragging to second monitor is freeze application and desktop

To Reproduce
Drag frame to second monitor

Desktop (please complete the following information):
Windows 11 Pro 25H2 26200.7462
AMD Ryzen 7 4700G with Radeon Graphics (3.60 GHz)
RTX 3060 12 Gb

Does it crash or just freezes up? If it crashes send the crash logs from Event Viewer.
Let me know what resolution and scaling is used on the main and the secondary monitor.
Are you using any other Windows customization tools?

It freeze desktops on both monitors.

Main 4K monitor 3840x2160 - 150%.
Secondary 2K monitor 2560x1440 - 100%.
No customization tools used.

Temporarily you could go to the frame's setting that you're trying move to the second monitor and change the X position to more than the with of the 4K monitor (3840) + the frame's width (eg 200). That should work.

You could also check older versions and tell me which one is the latest that's working.
