How to factory reset?

I only partially set up my deskhog (connected it to a corporate network) and then lost connection to the portal so nothing else is set up. Since it's a corporate network, I can't just go to the device IP to view the configuration server. And when I try to reflash, it still connects to the previous corporate network.

Is there any way to delete the network credentials and force the out of the box experience to happen again?

Do you have PlatformIO set up in your editor? One way to accomplish this is to Erase Flash and Upload:

Oh and I should also mention: if you take DeskHog somewhere with no WiFi it can connect to, you’ll get the QR code again.

This is a situation we encountered once before and I never worked out a solution, thanks for raising it. If you or anyone else has thoughts on how we solve for this case where your routing setup discourages clients connecting to each other (network bridge over USB?), all ears.
