Renderer freezes permanently when navigating to certain tasks in projects?

Navigating to specific tasks causes a complete renderer freeze that persists across app restarts and system reboots. The UI becomes fully unresponsive. no task switching, no sidebar interaction, no clicks register. The only escape is spamming Cmd+N to open a new task and avoiding the affected ones.

the bug report from discord is slightly different from what me + richard were seeing, but it's likely related

just updating here also, the potential fix that @adboio mentioned solved the issue in the scenario of the original report. No signs of freezing, CPU spikes, or OOM-like behaviors.

I will keep monitoring, but for now, it is fixed.
