Allow to have this as an MCP client.

This is just a planning, we need to have this tool as an MCP client... So search about it and write a comprehensive plan about how we can set it up as an MCP server and how can the MCP servers be discovered. 

Also add in the plan about the machine global servers vs directory specific servers
