Feature: Display the response size #263

The response size already seems to be handled by the plugin, as it shows
The response size exceeds 20 KB. Syntax highlighting has been disabled for performance reasons. This value is configurable in the options menu.
Sadly the size isn't shown in the UI, but that would be quite helpful for debugging in some cases.
