Mismatched options between C++ and Python version

The C++ options --output-every and --iteration-file-name became --outputevery and --iterationfilename in Python applications for iterative reconstruction. Was this intentional? I would prefer to have matched options.

I don't think that was intentional
We can make a PR to harmonize all argument in applications, some use '_' and other '-' to separate words, and some don't separate them, we should choose between theses options

Let's agree on hyphens following glibc convention https://ftp.gnu.org/old-gnu/Manuals/glibc-2.2.3/html_node/libc_511.html: "Option names are typically one to three words long, with hyphens to separate words."

So we could harmonize the python options accordingly first. I'm not sure it's worth the backward incompatilibity for other options.
