Create a different key for "per-branch" settings on the PR Trigger plugin

The current usage of "per-branch" settings allows for multiple plans per branch (and vice versa), so the current use of branch name (pattern) as key is not longer feasible.

Use something else: either a new field or a combination of branch and plan.
