New Release Coming

I originally wrote this utility for personal use. Mainly to keep my BOINC machines up and running through the many minor outages we have in the area I live. It has hooks into BOINC to pause and resume projects during outages. I wasn't really focused on a community release as I was on keeping my machines up. I have finally re-written it and it should be ready for a wider user base. I plan to release to PyPI this weekend. If you have sometime, check it out and let me know of any issues.
