The home-screen 'Add card' button opens a camera photo wizard that never uploads or persists anything — functionally a dead-end. The success copy was made honest on origin/main (#82: 'Photos Captured (preview only)'), but the button is still labeled 'Add card' (hardcoded, not i18n'd).

Decision: wire OCR + upload to a real backend, OR remove/rename + hide the button; and i18n the label. (No security impact.)
