The thesis currently lives in the FIVUCSAS tree. Extract to a dedicated repo (sources,
SVG figures, CITATION.cff, Zenodo DOI hooks). Owner-decision on visibility/timing
(keep noindex until grading + Turnitin). Part of Phase-3 cleanup.
From docs/ROADMAP_2026-06-12.md item 18 area + POST_THESIS_BACKLOG §publication.
