Currently we don't version control the forms made in Project Settings, and we try to match with Identifier
and Answers of the grants.
This can give problems if the template form has been changed drastically.
With version controlled templates we no longer need the Other field in the Grant, which today display mismatches of answer and form fields.
If the Project owner wants the Applicant to use the latest template, the Project Owner needs to dismiss the old Grant.
- Expand the current template table with version field.
- Update Backend endpoint to anticipate template version and fetch the right template version for the front-end to render.
