Pain

Implement a system to automatically handle API key changes for CodeAuditor, ensuring all sites are updated with new keys. This system should either provide a list of affected sites or send automatic notifications to update keys.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The system should automatically detect when API keys are changed.
2. A list of sites affected by the key change should be generated.
3. An automatic email notification should be sent to relevant stakeholders to update their keys.
4. The solution should be integrated into the existing CodeAuditor workflow.
5. The system should be tested to ensure it prevents issues related to outdated API keys.
