Problem
Some private server installations are not exposed to the Internet. As a result, they can't be registered in SUPLA and can't use some features, like: push notifications, virtual channels, oauth external integrations.
Proposed solution
Please add option for a simplified server registration which will allow to use features that doesn't require access from Internet to private server, like: push notifications, virtual channels.
Oauth external integrations will not work in this kind of server registration.
