Do we keep Sensor Settings Sheet?

The Sensor setting sheet maybe redundant with fleet status tab (Deployments or Deployments-Database). How do we capture when sensors are sampling (dives, climbs, surface, etc) or is it necessary? How do we capture changed sampling during a mission?
