Requirements: Xcode Version 9.4+, Cocoapods Version 1.5.3+
Run pod install in the project directory. When it's finished, you can now open Sentinel.xcworkspace and build for your targeted simulator/device.

For contribution as translator, you don't need Xcode or macOS. Here you can find the files that need to be translated. For .strings files you can use any text editor and for .xliff files you can use one of many free online editors.
