- Move from CpG-level hits to gene-level candidates - Find the genes on the selected CpG sites
- Rank genes based on the amount of relevant CpGs they have
- Get a list of the top_n genes that have the most amount of CpGs with the biggest possible shift in mean methylation value
- See if they are hyper/hypomethylated
