The Adopt and Trade leaderboards need to have consistent value displays on web and TG.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Check the leaderboards on both TG bot and the web.

Current Behavior

• The value formats on web and TG are not consistent.
  TG bot: Keeps one decimal place, rounded down.
  Web: Keeps four decimal places.

Expected Behavior

• The value formats on web and TG should be unified.
  TG bot and web: Keep one decimal place, rounded down.
