Feature Request: Implement basic database within supabase

Related Problem

Recreate the postgress database within supabase. Using Nahom's ERD design, recreate the tables using SQL scripts. Please store all SQL scripts in a directory. Feel free to provide feedback on the ERD schema.

Deliverables:

• Raw sql scripts of all tables created stored in a directory
• Produce dummy data
• Create package.json scripts to produce dump files and populates the data from said dump script.
• Document any essentials workflows in the README.md
