Define during a call if an existing file will be overwritten or not

By default, if a file (report, data source, ...) is already existing on the server, it will be overwritten by the new version of the file provided by in the RsPackage. It should be possible to tell to RsPackage to not consider the file that are already existing: to activate/desactivate this feature we can use the variant --preserve or --overwrite (default)

To clarify, we need several modes:

• --preserve
  • if the file is existing, it won't be replaced.
  • if the file is not existing, it will be created.
• --overwrite
  • if the file is existing, it will be replaced.
  • if the file is not existing, it will be created.
