Could use livekit or twillio but be as easy to setup as the actions server and make it easy to add new actions

@tiagoefreitas A realtime voice stack is transport infrastructure, not business‑logic tooling.
Trying to graft WebRTC + TTS/STT into the Action Server would balloon its footprint and stray from its “simple Python → OpenAPI tool” mandate. The clean path is to integrate existing voice platforms through an Action, not inside the Action Server.
