Allow per-project settings

I'm using the same Jetbrains application for Bitburner that I do for other projects.

It would be helpful if I could enable the automatic file sending for the relevant project, without accidentally syncing other javascript files from unrelated projects to my bitburner home directory.

I'd like to see a per-project checkbox to enable or disable automatic file syncing.

Could instead have the API key field stored per-project instead

Sounds like a good idea. Due to the fact that i don't have currently the time to implement this, i will let this issue be open but don't expect something soon ;)
With the next change i will also try to use their new API so some other Issues can be resolve (like RAM Calculation)
