Theme Replace problem on windows

Whenever I do command "theme replace" I got the following errors, please check screeenshot beloew

I too am seeing the above error when including single files (instead of directories) in my :ignore_files: section of my config.yml.

I'm not a Ruby dev but I know the error doesn't appear when adding single to the :whitelist_files: section of the config.

I assume that the issue is somewhere in the /filters/blacklist.rb file as everything else prior to that bit of code appears to be the same.

@sarhov I've found that if you use just directories, it doesn't error. Not sure if that helps at all.
