Feature: Personal Dashboards #172

Description

@Sinless777

Summary

Deliver personal dashboards that let users inspect tool usage, automation runs, memory state, and billing insights in one place.

Problem Statement

Users lack visibility into how Helix is acting on their behalf. They need an at-a-glance view of automations, skills, spend, and memory footprint with the ability to drill down and remediate issues.

Scope

  • Design dashboard layouts for individual users, teams, and admins with modular widgets.
  • Integrate data sources (usage meters, automations, memory, incidents) with caching for fast load times.
  • Provide filters, exporting, and alert subscriptions for key metrics.
  • Ensure privacy controls so shared dashboards only expose allowed scopes.

Requirements

  • Dashboard loads within 2 seconds with cached data and shows last refresh timestamp.
  • Users can unsubscribe/delete specific data sources and audit who has access.
  • Widgets support drill-down navigation to detailed views (automation run, memory entry, etc.).
  • Supports embedding Grafana panels for advanced observability metrics.

Dependencies

  • Usage & Token Meters.
  • Contextual Memory System for memory insights.
  • RBAC & ABAC Policy Engine for sharing controls.
