Duplicate stock entries when adding the same stock multiple times

Description:
When a user adds a stock to the watchlist multiple times, it appears as duplicate entries in the watchlist. Each click of the Add button adds a new card for the same stock instead of ignoring duplicates or showing a message.

Expected Behavior:

• The stock should be added only once to the watchlist.

• If the stock already exists, the system could:

  • Ignore the action, or
  • Show a message like "Stock already in watchlist".
