This repository has been update with new data for the first and second SAR libraries. In addition, the antiviral and toxicity data for the third and fourth SAR libraries have been added.
The lead compound is RA-3301, but the challenges around this compound remain and until target inhibition can be confirmed the synthetic work for this project will be moved from high to low priority.
