Load as shell extension

Hi

Is there a possibility to load this as a shell extension instead of a BHO? Currently, the custom views do not work in Open/Save file dialogs. For that, I think that loading as a shell extension would be the way to go. But indeed, I think there would be the need to refactor the code a fair bit.
